Pale pink with crystalline highlights, 12.5%, so it stays light on its feet all afternoon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe nose is fine rather than loud: citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and the dry scrubby garrigue note you only really get in the south of France.
